Residents may be responsible for application and administrative fees, renters insurance ($15/month if community-provided), parking ($20/month), taxes ($10/month), pest control ($5/month), CAM fee ($30/month), internet ($60/month), water, sewer, trash, common area utilities, a $6 service fee, RentPlus ($8.45–$14.95/month), and, if applicable, pet fees, pet deposits, and pet rent.
The Franklyn charges a $250 administrative fee, a $30 monthly CAM fee, $60 monthly internet fee, $6 monthly service fee, and other applicable monthly charges depending on the lease.
